Whatever you do, you do at your own risk. I can only recommend and do not claim 100% of the solution much depends on your environment and other settings. I can not guess. Addition of materials and fixing bugs is welcomed

I often get a request for a password to access Brother printers. Unlike the Passwords for printer Kyocera and Access passwords for Xerox printers, everything is not so diverse here. Let's get started

There are two access options with normal or administrator rights.

1. For the user:

User name: user

Password: access

2. For the administrator:

User name: admin

Password: access

If you do not know the password, then here are instructions for resetting the password:

  1. Disconnect all the cables connected to your printer, except the power cable
  2. Now you need to navigate the Control Panel window
  3. Press Menu or Menu/Set then
  4. Select LAN or Network
  5. Move upstairs or downstairs to select Menu/Set or OK
  6. Then, you are assumed to choose an option from Factory Reset or Network Reset
  7. Select Menu/Set, Set, or Ok
  8. Click on Reset and select the Yes icon
  9. Your printing machine will restart soon
  10. Reconnect all the disconnected cables to start printing
