Whatever you do, you do at your own risk. I can only recommend and do not claim 100% of the solution much depends on your environment and other settings. I can not guess. Addition of materials and fixing bugs is welcomed

Something recently often, there are questions in the style of "I'm lost", "loading with a temporary profile" and then decided to keep at hand a solution to the problem. And so the system is loaded with a temporary profile, because when you load with a local profile, it does not work. This is not the worst option, it happens worse when the profile does not load or immediately gives an error. I hope you have at least 2 profiles on the computer Administrator and your account. Because:
"You are logged in with a temporary profile" - this means that all if, make changes to the registry with a temporary profile is possible, but to fix the problem you will need a different account. Run the administrator account that generates the errors. It is for such situations, I have a separate account of the administrator is always there, which I advise you.
Then write what needs to be done.

  1. Follow the path:
    С:\\Users (Пользователи)\\<User name>
    Copy all information from this folder to any other folder in the administrator profile. If you have a lot of data, you can simply rename the folder.
  2. Run the registry editor;
  3. Find the registry branch:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SOFTWARE\\Microsoft\\Windows NT\\CurrentVersion\\ProfileList
  4. Look at all the branches in the style of: S-1-5-21-XXXXXXXX-XXXXXXXXXX-XXXXXXXXX-XXXX (where X is any sequence of numbers)
    Look which of the folders (sections) at this address has at the end of the PostScript .bak.
    Select it and look at the parameter: ProfileImagePath
    There must be a way to our problem profile.
    Find the partition with our troubled profile and delete his. Then close the registry editor and perform a full reboot.
  5. After rebooting, go to the user profile and copy all the data back.
